| 摘 要： | 汇率变动通过影响出口品价格，改变产品国际竞争力，从而影响出口企业的规模和发展，进而对宏观经济劳动力需求产生影响。本文通过宏观经济联立方程模式解释了实际有效汇率变动对宏观经济就业的影响．结果显示，实际汇率变动与宏观经济劳动需求存在显著负相关。文章最后就如何减轻实际有效汇率对就业的影响提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | By influencing the price of exports, fluctuations in the exchange rate change the international competitiveness of products, thus affecting the size of exports and development of enterprises and the macroeconomic impact of labor demand. Through macro-economic model of simultaneous equations, the paper explains the real effective exchange rate movements on the macroeconomic impact of employment, and the results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the real exchange rate changes and labor demand. How to reduce the real effective exchange rate impact on employment-related recommendations is put forward at the last. |
