周恩来执政思想研究述评

周恩来执政思想对新时期加强中国共产党的执政能力建设具有重要的启迪意义和现实的指导作用。近年来,学术界对周恩来执政思想的研究做了大量工作,取得了许多成绩,但也存在值得加强的方面。本文对周恩来执政思想的研究内容从三个不同的视角进行了综述,对研究中存在的问题和不足进行了评价,在此基础上提出了要从研究内容、研究方法和研究重点三个方面深化对周恩来执政思想的研究。

Study on the Political Fhought of Zhou En-lai

Zhou En-lai has the thought of ruling Communist Party of China,which is not only the positive inspiration but also the practical guidance of building capacity on strengthening the governance.In recent years,theorists and academics did a lot of work on studying the ruling ideology of Zhou En-lai.Although much of them have been achieved,some part of the research should be strengthening.In this paper,the ruling ideology of Zhou Enlai is elaborated from three different perspectives.They evaluated the problems and the weak points that happened in the research.Also,his theory explained how to intensify its points from three different ways,such as researching the main ideas,the possibilities,and the reasons why the mistakes exit.
