| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是国家创新体系的重要内容,而以企业为主导的产学研合作模式更是当前我国科研体制改革、构建国家创新体系的战略重点。目前,我国这种模式存在主体地位不明显、利益分配不明确、评价体系不健全等问题,企业、高校和科研机构、政府三方面必须相互协调,实现技术、人才、资金等要素的最佳组合,以提高企业的技术创新能力和核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Industry-university-research is an important content of the national innovation system,with enterprise-oriented industry-university as the strategy focus to deepen the scientific system reform and construct national innovation system.At present,problems such as indefinite subject,inexplicit division of earning,and bad judgment system,exist in this mode of cooperation.Therefore,to improve the enterprise technological innovation ability and competition ability,enterprises,universities and research institutions must coordinate with one another for the best combination of talents and funds. |
