| 摘 要： | 贫困大学生是高校中的特殊群体，其经济与心理的双重贫困日益成为高校、社会关注的焦点。鉴于此，通过立足于农科类贫困大学生的实际，在综合分析已有研究的基础上，主要从个体心理因素、学业和生活因素、家庭、社会环境四个方面分析大学生的压力源，并具体分析了应对压力的策略，以期帮助贫困大学生维护自身心理健康，并为农业院校对贫困大学生进行有效的心理干预提供建设性建议。
