台共纲领焦点问题评说：“台湾民族论”不能成立

虽然1928年台共纲领中出现了台湾汉人已经形成“台湾民族”的提法，但是这一说法不能成立。因为大陆汉人在移居台湾的时候，他们将原有的语言、生产方式、文化、风俗习惯、宗教信仰等带到了台湾，并世代相传；大陆移民不仅去台的时候是汉族，而且在台湾历史发展的各个时期，也同样是汉族，从来就没有变异成为所谓的“台湾民族”。实际上，1928年台共纲领中的“台湾民族论”是日共照搬列宁的民族殖民地理论的产物。

Though ＂the Taiwanese nationality＂ was proclaimed in the 1928 political thesis of the Taiwanese Communist Party, the argument cannot stand. This is because Taiwanese are the descendents of immigrants from the mainland, who settled down in Taiwan and brought with them their original language, mode of production, Han culture, religious beliefs which were later passed down from generation to generation. Mainland immigrants arrived in Taiwan as Han nationality and remained so in different periods of history including the Japanese occupation period. They have never developed into the so-called ＂Taiwan nationality＂. In fact, the concept of ＂Taiwan nationality＂ is but the product of the Japanese Communist Party copying of Lenin＇s colonial theory.
