论道家的仁义观--兼论道儒仁义观的区别

学界一般认为,儒家提倡仁义,而道家反对仁义。这一观点不能成立。老庄不仅不反对仁义,而且其行仁行义的标准还要高于儒家,道家主张不带有任何功利目的的仁义行为。但由于道家的仁义观带有理想化色彩,因而在现实生活中,道家的这一观点远远不如儒家的实用。

On the Taoist View of "Kind and Justice"

It is generally thought in the academic circles that the Confucianists promote the kind and justice while the Taoists oppose the kind and justice. We disgree with this standpoint.Lao Zhuang had no objection to the kind and justice, but set even a highter standard for the kind and just behavior than the Confucianists.Such Taoist view does not have any utility purpose. It is idealistic and,therefore,not as practical as Confucianism.
