| 摘 要： | 九品中正制在魏晋时代一直是重要的选官制度。进入南朝后,中正品第与吏部铨选的关系更为密切,主要表现在中正组织机构得到扩大;中正在清议中的地位进一步加强;吏部铨选需严格按中正品第与所授官职相一致的原则。在南朝一百七十余年间,九品中正制依然是占据主导地位的选官制度,并在维护门阀统治方面发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Nine grades of rank in the feudal regimes make era selecting officer system important in the Jin Dynasty and Wei Dynasty,after entering the Southern Dynasties,China as the Ministry of official personnel Affairs in feudal China in the position not straight for closer relations where Quan select,display mainly in organization not straight expand,China strengthen further status in just comment,the Ministry of official personnel Affairs in feudal China select not needing strictly Quan according to in position house not straight award government post compatible principle to wait.During more than 170 years of the Southern Dynasties,are making and still occupying selecting the officer systems of leading status in the nine grades of rank in the feudal regimes,and play an important role in maintaining the door valve to rule. |
