| 摘 要： | 法人有没有行为能力 ,法人行为能力应否受限制 ,历来是学术界争议较多的问题。本文从法人制度本身着手 ,立足于从法人本质和行为能力制度的价值及内涵 ,重新审视法人行为能力问题 ,并在此基础上分析论证了撤销对法人行为能力的限制在理论和实践上的可行性。
