华北工学院CRM系统分析与设计

摘    要:本文对华北工学院客户关系管理问题进行了探索性研究。高校在进行客户关系管理过程中 ,要从学校 CRM策略的确定、组织结构调整与业务运作流程的重组、管理制度和激励机制的建立、校园文化的培育等方面对高校内在的管理机制进行改革 ,以适应客户关系管理的要求。最后就招生与就业环节进行了 CRM系统设计 ,以中学为客户设计了实施方案

Abstract:In this paper, management problem for the customer relation of North China University of Science and Technology have been researched. In order to meet the requirements of customer relationship management, schools should reform the management system including the confirmation of school CRM strategy, organization structural adjustment and business running process reshuffle, the formation of management system and stimulating mechanism and the nourishment of campus culture and so on. Finally, the CRM system is designed for students' enrolment and employment and also for middle school as the customer.
