摘    要:在社会主义市场经济条件下,消费和谐程度的提高是有条件的.市场完善和均衡的程度越高,消费和谐的程度也就越高.生产资料的所有制形式因为是生产关系和分配关系的基础而对消费力和消费关系起着决定性的影响.健全的法律法规是促进消费和谐的制度环境.

Abstract:The improvement of consuming harmonious is conditional in society economic market.The market level of perfect and equilibrium is higher,the level of consumption harmonious is also higher.The ownership of produced means,which is the basis of the produced relationship and consumption relationship,has decisive effect on consumption and consumption relationship.Perfect laws and statutes are environment system that will promote the consumption harmonious.
