| 摘 要： | 本文从陌生人发展为熟人的过程和模式、熟人间的信任及信任机制的变化、"人情法则"的变迁角度对当代中国熟人间的人际交往进行探讨.认为从陌生人发展为熟人,经历礼遇-工具-感情的动态发展过程,呈现出由远及近的人缘-人情-人伦交往模式;熟人间的信任是人际信任与制度信任的糅合,关系运作和法制约束是信任的建立机制;"做人情"的熟人对象,在关系内容范围泛化的同时,要求关系程度上的深化;在关系取向的中国."利益法则"很大程度上与"人情法则"而非"公平法则"联系在一起,个体的现代性影响三法则的博弈等等.
