从照护主体看城市高龄老人照护问题

从城市高龄老人照护主体的视角分别探讨了自我照护、配偶照护、子女照护和保姆照护的特点和问题,从给照护主体＂减负＂与＂增能＂2个方面提出了政策性建议,以改善高龄老人照护状况。分析认为：子女同配偶在照护老人上的冲突、子女照护老人同工作和抚养下一代之间的冲突以及代际之间的价值观和生活习惯的冲突给子女照护带来了多重压力;保姆的非专业性、流动性及其与老人生活世界的巨大差异使其与高龄老人的需求产生矛盾。

Study of the urban oldest old care problems from the perspectives of the subjects

From the perspective of the subjects of the care,this paper explores the characteristics and problems of the four main sorts of care: self-care,spouse-care,younger-generation-care and housemaid-care.Policies on both burden-reduction and empowerment are recommended regarding to the de-veloping trend of the aging to improve their care qualities,and to promote healthy aging.The study has found that the conflicts of children and their spouses on the care of the oldest old,the conflicts of children’s work,the raise of next generation and the care of the oldest old,and intergenerational conflicts in value and lifestyle have caused multiple pressures to the younger-generation-care.Besides,non-professional,and mobility of the housemaid,and the huge differences in the living world between them and the oldest old can also cause a lot of conflicts.
