马克思的土地理论与土地管理体制改革

马克思的土地理论包括土地所有权理论和地租理论。在这一理论中 ,马克思揭示了土地所有权制度和排他性 ,实现了土地资本化 ,提高了稀缺土地资源的利用效率。另一方面 ,地租的存在是与土地所有权制度分不开的。我们用马克思的土地理论来指导和处理我国土地管理和使用中各种经济关系、利益 ,使之更加符合社会主义市场经济的要求。

Marx's Land Theory and System of Land Management

Marx's land theory consists of landowning theory and land tax theory. Here Marx reveals the land tenure system and its exclusiveness, which realizes the capitalization of land and also improves the efficiency of the application of the rare land sources. Land tax can not be separated from land tenure system. We make use of this land theory to direct and take order with the economic relationship and interest in land management and usage in order to keep in line with socialist market economy.
