文化“软实力”及国家文化安全研究引论

文化“软实力”及国家文化安全体系建设的研究已颇为引人注目。在评述国内研究现状的基础上，提出深化研究及其实施的思考意见具有重要现实意义。。应从文化身份入手，重新确立中华文化的自觉与自信；要将传承中华文化的价值观、振奋民族精神，作为增强和提升文化“软实力”的首要举措；要以成功举办北京奥运会为契机，加大对外传播中华文化价值观；以及要在相互关联的大格局中，构建完备的国家文化安全大体系等观点。
