| 摘 要： | 在对现有区域创新环境识别理论回顾的基础上，从环境要素的动态属性和网络属性出发，引入社会网络分析，通过要素分析、关系分析、矩阵分析三个层次构建了区域创新环境要素的识别模式。结合实例，研究和识别出了信息环境、政策环境、研发基础设施、创业水平、技术水平、市场需求、创新人才、法制环境八个关键环境要素。

| Abstract: | How to identify the key elements of regional innovation environment is both the key to improving and optimizing the innovation environment, and the basis to enhance the regional innovation capacity. Based on the review of the existing regional innovation environment recognition theories, the paper introduces Social Network Analysis （SNA） to build a regional atlas recognition model through the three methods of factor analysis, relationship analysis, matrix analysis from the dynamic properties and network properties of the environmental elements. Finally, the paper conducts a research and identifies eight key elements of regional innovation environment with reference to examples, such as information environment, policy environment, R ＆ D infrastructure and so on. |
