| 摘 要： | 全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,是党的十六大为落实全面建设小康社会奋斗目标,加快推进社会主义现代化建设而作出的战略部署。全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,必须在正确认识党的建设的重大意义上求共识,必须探索新理念新路径。在正确理解和把握新世纪新阶段党的建设总目标上下功夫,在贯彻落实党的建设战略举措上见实效,从总体上把握全面加强党的建设新的伟大工程的重大意义、总体目标和战略举措。

| Abstract: | The new party building drive is an important step taken by the 16th Party Congress to the construction of the all-round well-off society in China. To promote the drive, it is necessary to seek consensus on the importance of party building and explore new ideas and new approaches. It is also necessary to grasp the nature of the party-building goal and effectively implement the party building strategies. |
