编辑是提高学报审稿质量的关键

学报是我国科技出版中的一个重要组成部分 ,学报水平的高低直接关系到我国出版资源的利用。而作为学报主体的论文质量在很大程度上决定了学报的质量 ,因此 ,提高学报质量的关键是论文水平 ,而严格、细致、公正的评审是保证稿件质量的前提。评审稿件过程中的关键是编辑 ,实践表明 :只有编辑素质提高 ,严格把关 ,才能确保审稿工作做到实处。

Editor is the Key to Improve the Quality of Reviewing Articles in Journal

Journal is an important part in the publication of science a nd technol ogy in our nation. Journal quality is directly related to the utility of our nat ional publishing resources. Articles' quality, as the main role of journal, dete rmines the journal quality in a prodigious extent. Thus the key of improving the quality of journal is to improve the level of articles, which relies on strict, careful and just reviewing the articles. In this paper, some procedures in the process of journal reviewing are mainly discussed and some approaches of raising the journal review are presented. The results show that journal reviewing can o nly be run well by advancing editor's quality and checking strictly on t he three reviews.
