江苏沿江八市产业同构问题论析

区域产业结构趋同，是指各区域产业活动中，各部门之间的相互关系趋于相同。近年来，江苏沿江经济快速发展，产业结构趋同问题有所表现。从结构相似系数和区位商来看，情况并不严重，对某些产业集群的形成还可能有正效应。沿江八市应在长三角一体化规划指导下，大力调整区域产业结构；按照科学发展观要求，逐步淘汰高耗能、高污染的行业，大力发展行业关联度大、有自主创新能力的行业；加快行业配套，延伸行业链，形成行业规模；进一步做大做强，优化产业结构，为形成制造业基地多作贡献。

On the Homogeneity in the Industry Structure of the Eight Cities of Jiangsu Province Along the Yangtze River

The convergence of regional industry structure means that in manufacturing activities the .mutual relations between different departments are inehned to be similar. In recent years, the regions along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province have witnessed rapid economic development and the problem of converging industry structure is appearing. Judging from the industry assimilated coefficient and location quotient, the problem doesn＇t seem serious, and it might have some positive effect on the formation of industry aggregation. Guided by the package development plan around the Yangtze Delta, the eight cities should vigorously adjust their industry structure by gradual elimination of those trades of heavy energy consumption and pollution, by developing highly correlated industries with independent innovating competence, by producing auxiliary items to extend the chain of industry and by optimizing their industrial structure.
