认清短视文化传统及其危害重视哲学社会科学的理论创新

文章认为具有短视文化传统是中国文化先盛后衰的根本原因，并使科学体系的创立功亏一篑。表现在哲学社会科学领域，在认识论方面，强调实践，忽视认识；在价值观方面，重视行动，轻视知识；在知识观方面，看重知识的有用性，不顾知识的客观性；在科技政策方面，缺乏计划性；在收入分配方面，强化权力，弱化知识。在具有短视文化传统的国家和地区引入具有短视性的市场机制后，容易使短期行为泛滥成灾，导致社会生活无序化。深化改革必须依赖哲学社会科学基础理论的全面创新，从而遏制短视文化的发展。

The short-term actions was to overflow easily if the market mechanism with nearsightedness was introduced in the countries and rigions with nearsightedness cultural tradition. In order to contain the development of the nearsightedness culture the basic theory of the philosophy and social sciences must innovated all sidedly.
