| Abstract: | The working effect of university and college's ideological education is the main factor in determining mental attitude and humane quality. With the acceleration of social civilization's developing process, it is required to improve multiple qualities for all the majors. Therefore, it is an extreme difficult task to enforce and increase the ideology work and improves the working efficiency in university and college. |
