| Abstract: | Qinghai province is a region inhabited by many nationalises. In the course of development of society and history , every ethnic minority has produced a great deal of files. Developing and using those files has important signifi-cance in development of promoting two civilizations' construction of this province surrounding the work of developing and using on the e'thnic minorities' files,this article raises some standpoints and views. |
