我国外汇储备现状及其管理路径探索

近几年我国外汇储备快速增长,已超过日本,成为全球最大的外汇储备持有国,这表明我国经济地位的提高和抵御国际金融风险实力的增强。而与此同时,越来越多的学者和政策制定者开始反思高额外汇储备背后存在的问题。从解析我国外汇储备的规模和结构出发,提出了几条对我国高额外汇储备进行积极、有效管理的路径。

Study on the Present Situation and Administrative Route of China''''s Foreign Exchange Reserves

Over the past few years,China's foreign exchange reserves have increased rapidly,surpassede Japan,and become the maximal foreign exchange reserves holding country of the whole world.This indicates the rise of economic status and the strengthening of resisting international financial risks.Meanwhile,more and more scholars and policy makers begin to think about the problem of such great amount of foreign exchange reserves.This paper starts from the analysis of the scale and structure of China's foreign exchange reserves,and puts forward some positive,effective administrative routes to deal with the great amount of foreign exchange reserves.
