Clash between China and Western Countries Legal Culture and the Amalgamation

Law culture is the spiritual factor of law system and behavior and the key to understand law system and behavior. In academic field, in order to meet the need of research, the law culture has been divided into many types,among which,Chinese law culture and western one are the basic division. Cultural exchange has become more frequent and broad with the globalization.
