| Abstract: | The application of modern educational technology provides desirable external environment for the fresh- men to do independent study. Today, it embodies a new type orientation of the personnel engaging in electrified ed- ucation of foreign languages when they participate in teaching reform, assist freshmen to do independent English study, make researches in disciplines of network teaching, exploit educational resources, and make joint efforts with students to build network courses. |
