| 摘 要： | 产业结构升级与劳动力充分就业之间存在相互依存又相互制约的关系。现阶段 ,我国面临着产业结构升级与劳动力供给大量增加的矛盾。解决这一矛盾 ,应合理寻择产业结构升级的重点 ,增加人力资本投资 ,大力发展第三产业和中小企业。

| Abstract: | Upgrading industry structure and increasing labor force employment depend on and restrict each other. At present, China is confronted with the contradiction that industry structure should upgrade and labor force will increase in excessive scale. The approaches to solve this contradiction is to choose proper industries to be upgraded, to increase human capital investments, promote service industries, speed up the development of small and medium enterprises vigorously. |
