新型劳动力转移视角下民族教育的特征和作用

我国民族地区现行劳动力转移在一定程度上制约了民族地区本身的发展，要改变这种状况，根本性的途径就是以“输得出、能提高、志为乡、造和谐、领致富、农繁荣、民兴旺”范式的新型劳动力转移观来引领民族地区劳动力转移的实践。而以这种新型劳动力转移为视角审视民族教育，可以看出，民族教育具有教育环境的复杂性、教育目的的特殊性、教育对象的针对性、教育内容的系统性和教育方式的多样性等特征，在树立和践行这种新型劳动力转移观中具有促进民族地区劳动者的个人发展、增强少数民族群众的民族意识、弘扬少数民族的民族价值观、增强其民族凝聚力、促进民族地区经济社会的和谐发展等重要作用。
