当代女大学生思想特点与思想政治工作研究——对中华女子学院经济管理系学生的调查与分析

当代的女大学生具有如下特点:成才动机强烈,渴望通过社会实践提高个人综合素质;具有强烈的"四自"精神,以及敢于挑战的决心与勇气;知识面窄,应用能力欠缺,学习的动力仍以被动应付考试为主.为此,应当加强女大学生的人文修养教育,贯彻以人为本的教育理念,注意扬长教育与挫折教育的良性结合,注重培养女大学生的实践能力,采用多种教育手段和形式寓教于乐,为女大学生成才创造条件.

Female University Students' Ideology Characteristics and the Research of Ideological Work --A Survey and Analysis of Students of Economic Management Department in China Women's University

Female university students have some characteristics: they have strong motivation to become a useful person, expect to improve their own general qualities; they have strong spirit of "self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement" and have the determination and courage to face the challenge; they also have narrow knowledge and don't have enough practice capability; their motive to study focuses on passing the examination passively. Therefore, we should strengthen the personal cultivation of female students, carry out the educational thoughts based on the students, pay attention to the combination of motivotion and frustration education; train female students' practice capability and adopt different kinds of measures and forms in teaching to create the condition for students to become a useful person.
