| 摘 要： | 在思想政治教育中，人格榜样的作用是巨大的，榜样特有的人格品质所带来的影响力和感染力鼓舞着人们向着榜样的目标发展。道德教育是人格教育的组成部分，传统的道德教育不等同于人格教育。要实现人的全面发展，必须重视人格教育的全面性，道德教育无法替代人格教育。人格榜样对思想政治教育中健康人格、道德人格、理想人格的培养和形成起着十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The models of personality play an important role in ideological & political education,they can influence people and make people get improved by their human dignities.In this article,the author rethinks about traditional morality & ethics education,especially expands the function of human dignity,which affects the development and formation of regular personality,moral personality and ideal personality in ideological & political education. |
