Discussion of Educational Innovation Based on Students' Self-learning Ability and Social Needs

Our education has adopted the traditional way that teacher explains everything to students, and students learn in a copy way .As a result, students are week in professional quality and working ability, and they can not fulfill the needs of the employment life and social progress. So based on students＇ seE-learning ability and social needs, we should consider the transformation from traditional education understanding and set up new professional education philosophy, to raise high-stan- dard talented people which the society needs by researching and practical teaching.
