政党软力量的系统分析

政党软力量与政党硬力量既有共性又有区别。共性在于二者都是政党对其他社会个体、团体施以影响的一种能力、一种方式；区别在于二者有不同的力量来源，且在性质、方式、资源上彼此迥异。政党软力量功能的发挥，寓于政党价值观念、行为方式以及政策主张等政党因素功能的发挥之中，是政党应对社会政治生态变革挑战的利器，可以巩固政党的社会基础，改善政党形象。政党软力量观是指政党对于自身软力量的基本态度、观点及总体认识。正确认识并准确把握“政党软力量观”的科学内涵应着重把握三方面内容：一是政党对于政党软力量功能的基本认识；二是政党软力量在政党力量体系中的地位；三是政党文化的价值取向。

Systematic Analysis on Soft Power of the Political Party

The soft power and hard power of a Party have both commonalities and differences. Commonalities lie in power and ways the Party posed on other Social individuals and groups,and the differences lie in the different power sources as well as in nature,methods and resources. The fulfillment of the functions of soft power contained in the function of values,behavior and policy,is the weapon for Party to face the challenge of political ecological change,can reinforce the foundation of the Party and improve the image. The view of soft power of political party consists of basic attitudes,views and general cognition. To master the scientific connotation of the view,we need focus on the following three points:the first is the recognition of the political soft power by the Party,the second is the status of the soft power in its system and the third is value orientation of a Party.
