| 摘 要： | 非对称信息问题在经济活动中无处不在.基于委托代理理论,对技术合同这一特殊经济形式中的非对称信息问题进行比较系统的考察和剖析,从而把握技术交易中非对称信息的内容和特征,为分析技术交易的市场组织行为提供必要的理论基础,并为有效实现技术交易活动提供决策依据.
