| 摘 要： | 案例教学法在国外已被实践证明是一种对培养学生能力和提高学生素质有效的教学方法,我国虽然引进时间不长,但在大学法学教育中已引起了普遍重视.本文从案例教学法的特点、作用和局限性等三个方面进行探讨,旨在能对这种新型教学方法的研究和实践起到一定的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Case teaching method abroad has proved that it is an effective method to train students' ability and improve students' quality.Although our country introduced it twenty years ago,it has been paid universal attention to in legal education.This paper illustrates the case teaching method from its characteristic,role and limitations,and it will have a positive effect on research and practice of the new teaching method. |
