Problems and Countermeasures in China' s Social Organization Development

It is China’s new historical mission to provide more and better public service and public goods for people,and to ensure that they live and work in peace and contentment at a higher level.To fulfill this mission,China has to strive to cultivate and develop social organizations,and establish as soon as possible a new pattern of public service and public management comprising Party committee leadership,government responsibility,nongovernmental support and public participation.This paper,after summarizing new perceptions of social organization cultivation and development and pointing out the main problems and possible countermeasures,attempts to provide effective references to China’s efforts to cultivate and develop social organizations.
