国家软实力建设与“中国模式”的自我完善

中国特色社会主义建设取得的巨大成就,体现了中国模式的效率和优势。但当前中国面临的经济社会发展失衡,社会原子化、断裂化发展等突出问题,也暴露出中国模式的内在不足与局限。软实力建设的滞后,是当前中国模式内在不足的深层原因。充分利用当前国家软实力战略深入实施的契机,重点强化社会主义核心价值体系建设,深化以政治体制改革为核心的制度建设,不断提高国家自主创新能力,是促进中国模式自我完善的重要途径。

National Soft Power Construction and Self-improvement of the "China Model"

The great achievements of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics reflect the efficiency and advantages of the "China Model".However,the imbalance between economic and social development,the atomization and the fracture of society,and other serious problems in current China,also expose the inherent deficiencies and limitations of the "China Model".This paper points out that the underlying cause of the inherent deficiencies of the "China Model" is the lagging behind of National Soft Power(NSP) construction.The author suggests that,to take full advantage of the enforcement of the current NSP construction strategy,we should focus on the building up of the socialist core value system,deepen the institutions innovation,especially the political reform,and upgrade national innovative capacity continuously,so as to improve and perfect the "China Model".
