| 摘 要： | 在推动中国农业现代化建设过程中,加大人力资本投入、提高农民素质、培养新型的创业农民是传统农业向现代农业转变的关键.针对我国农业人力资源开发进行系统分析,找出农业人力资源开发存在的问题,在此基础上提出建设和完善农业人力资源培育体系和培育创业农民的金字塔原理.并为进一步推进我国农业现代化建设提供理论依据和决策建议.

| Abstract: | In promoting China’s agricultural modernization,the critical process is the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,which demands increasing human capital investment,improving farmer’s quality and training entrepreneurial farmers.By analyzing the agricultural human resource development in China and its relevant problems,this paper puts forward the pyramid principle of promoting agricultural human resource development and cultivating entrepreneurial farmers.It also provides theoretical support and policy suggestions for further development of agricultural modernization in China. |
