高校教师焦虑心理成因及缓解对策分析

摘    要:从高校教师焦虑心理的表现症状出发,分析其类型,探究其产生的原因,在此基础上寻求缓解焦虑心理的对策.这些对策具体包括三个方面:建立以人为本的学校管理体制;得到社会支持;善待自己,支撑起一片心灵蓝天,以增强高校教师心理承受能力和心理免疫能力.

Abstract:According to colleges and universities teachers' anxiety symptoms of the performance,its type is analyzed,the reasons are explored, on the basis of this mitigating,anxious psychology measures are found.These measures include three specific aspects: building a people-based school management system;geting social support;being good to themself,with support from a mental sky to enhance the affordability of college teachers mental and psychological immunity.
