| Abstract: | The second board and the main board companies are going to have some differences,but in view of financial management there are far more commonalities over the differences.Based on needs and professional interests,the authors analyzed the second board company's financial reporting and to the financial viewpoint try to find out the problems and put forward their views and opinions. |
