中韩企业文化比较研究

摘    要:中韩两国企业文化都以儒家文化为背景,两者有许多共同的要素。但由于两国在经济发展阶段和制度背景上有很大差异,导致两国企业文化包含了许多不同的要素。这种不同要素成为中韩合资和韩资独资企业中发生文化冲突的重要原因。解决这些文化冲突就是跨文化管理的重要内容。解决企业中文化冲突的主要途径是相互沟通、相互尊重和相互融合。
