| 摘 要： | 我国新的药品管理法充分反映了政府机构改革的成果,在药品管理体制、药品生产和经营的管理、医疗机构的药剂管理和药品管理、药品的价格和广告的管理、药品监督和法律责任等方面都充分体现了依法行政的法治化要求,标志着我国药品管理已开始迈进市场化、法治化轨道.

| Abstract: | China's new medicine control regulations, a product of the reform on governmental agencies, clearly define the medicine control system and the legal responsibilities of medical institutions, in terms of medicine production and supervision, pricing, and advertising. These regulations mark the beginning of marketization and legalization of medicine control in the country. |
