Curriculum reform of elementary education has brought about great changes in the role and behavior of teachers and students at normal colleges and universities.The teacher's role has changed from an administrator to an organizer,from a leader to a guide,from a disseminator of information to a facilitator of learning,form a teacher to a researcher,from one who implements externally made curriculum to a designer of curriculum,from a controller to a negotiator.Meanwhile,the student's role has changed from a passive knowledge receiver to an active learner,from a listener to a participant,from a conservative learner to an explorer,from an individual learner to a cooperative learner,from a dependent learner to an independent learner,from one who is controlled to one who is free in learning.
