| 摘 要： | 引入社会资本理论对组织内的知识共享进行研究,结果表明：个体间的网络结构会影响个体知识共享机会,个体间的人际关系会影响个体知识共享动机,个体的认知维度会影响个体知识共享能力,而知识共享机会、共享动机和共享能力会最终影响个体间知识共享行为的发生。在此基础上,从结构、关系、认知3个维度总结知识共享过程中存在的障碍并提出相应的管理策略。
