| 摘 要： | 乡村旅游低碳化发展是指在乡村旅游发展过程中,坚持循环经济的减量化、再利用、再循环原则,科学开发与合理利用乡村旅游资源。辽宁省乡村旅游低碳化发展是时代的要求、政策的要求、产业的要求、环境的要求。辽宁省乡村旅游低碳化发展需要旅游者、旅游企业、旅游行政管理部门的共同参与和密切配合,构建三位一体的发展模式。
