摘    要:个人与组织的有效融合是增强组织凝聚力、促进员工个人发展及提高组织绩效的重要途径之一。从个人与组织融合的视角,就如何干预知识型员工的工作倦怠问题进行探讨。首先分析个人与组织融合的影响因素,其次剖析知识型员工工作倦怠的形成机理。在此基础上,就如何预防知识型员工的工作倦怠提出对策建议。
