| 摘 要： | 创业板市场的推出为中小企业带来更大的发展机遇。论述中小企业创业板上市的重大意义,分析中国中小企业目前自主创新的状况及存在的问题,指出中小企业创新不足是阻碍其上市的最大瓶颈。中小企业必须树立自主创新意识,选择合适的创新模式,加快技术创新的步伐,增强自身实力,以尽快实现创业板上市。
