目的与效用：政体德性的两面——毛泽东民主集中制政体思想新探

民主集中制政体是毛泽东根据新民主主义共和国的国体确定的,其根本任务是建设几个革命阶级联合专政的共和国,实现共和国无支配自由的根本目的。新民主主义共和国的国体反映在民主集中制政体上,形成混合均衡的共和政体,因而共和是民主集中制政体的政治性质、核心理念和实践模式。本文认为,民主集中制是无支配自由与共和模式有机结合的德性实现;而两者的扭曲结合则造成民主集中制政体的蜕变,以致给共和国与人民带来无穷祸害和灾难。

Goal and Effectiveness： Double- faced Virtue of the Polity--An Exploring of Mao Zedong＇ s Thoughts of Democratic Centralism

Mao Zedong formulates the Democratic Centralism according to the state form of the New Democratic Republic. Its basic mission is to establish a republic of united dictatorship by several revolutionary classes. Republic state form of the New Demoeratism Republic is demonstrated by the polity, forming a mixed, and balanced polity of the republics. So ＂republic＂ is the political character, core ideology and the practice model of the polity of the Democratic Centralism. This paper deems that the Democratic Centralism polity is the virtuous realization of the organic integration of non - dominant freedom and the republic model; whereas the sprained integration will cause the polity of the Democratic Centralism to qualitatively decay, and bring about infinite disasters and catastrophes.
