国际关系与国际法研究的互动方式分析

从本源看,国际关系与国际法之间联系紧密,在学科发展史上相互依托、互相促进,两个领域的合作互动具有巨大的潜力。一方面,国际关系理论可以从宏观、中观及微观等不同层次给予国际法的发展提供解释,并产生影响;另一方面,国际法学的理论与实践也成为某些国际关系学说的理论源泉和现实支持。在国内,国际关系学与国际法学之间仍然处于割裂状态,促进二者研究的互动具有重大意义。

Interactions between Research of International Relations and Research of International Law

The origins of researches of international relations and international law are closely related.Historically these two disciplines are complementary and interdependent and the potential of collaboration and interaction is great.On the one hand,research on international relations can provide various explanations at macro-view,medium-view and micro-view levels for the development of international law thereby resulting in different influences on the latter.On the other hand,the theories and practice of international law constitute the theoretical resources and practical support for some theories of international relations.However,the researches of international relations and international law remain fragmented in China.It is therefore argued that promoting the interaction between the two fields of studies is of great significance.
