| 摘 要： | 大学生心理危机已受到各方面的普遍关注,加强对大学生心理危机的研究刻不容缓。大学生心理危机一般可分为发展型危机、境遇型危机和现实存在型危机,具有普遍性、隐蔽性、突发性等特点,引发大学生产生心理危机的原因有内、外两大方面,其中外因主要指环境因素,内因主要包括大学生的认知因素和人格因素。构建大学生心理危机预警及干预机制,能深入地预防和化解大学生的心理危机。

| Abstract: | College students' psychological crisis has aroused general concern,so strengthening the research of their psychological crisis is of great urgency.College students' psychological crisis includes developing type,circumstances type and realistic type crisis.It has universal,concealed and unexpected quality.The causes of arousing the crisis may be viewed from two aspects.The external cause means mainly environment factor,and the internal cause includes college students' cognition and personality factors.Constructing the early warning and intervening mechanism of college students' psychological crisis can prevent and dispel their psychological crisis deeply. |
