| 摘 要： | 清同光年间，西北局势危急，左宗棠衔命西征。他延揽精于兵事、饷事、吏事的各类人才，建．构了一个颇具规模的卓越的人才群体。这个具有合理结构的人才群体襄助左宗棠经略西北十余年，在军事、政治、经济等方面皆有建树，极大地影响了西北近代化的进程。

| Abstract: | During the period of Tongzhi and Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, ZUO Zong - tang pacified the chaos in the Northwest Area under orders. He searched for and invited many kinds of talents who were familiar with military, economic and political affairs, and set up a huge and brilliant talent group. The talent group which had reasonable talent structure assisted ZUO Zong- tang in stabilizing the situation of the Northwest Area more than 10 years, made contributions in the respect of military, politics and economy etc. , and had great effects on the modernization in the Northwest Area. |
