职业生涯的规划与管理是作为职业人士所面临的首要问题,它是对个人职业发展的远景规划和资源配置。笔者认为科学的进行职业规划要先从开发自我意识开始;了解自己,选择真正适合自己的方向,并在前进的道路上不断调整,以适应个人、企业以及社会环境的变化。

Career planning and management is first important "job" that we need to do in our career.To establish a career development plan you need to do a self assessment first: Gain as much information as you can about YOURSELF through self assessment.Collect,analyze and evaluate this information to aid you in developing a career strategy and in obtaining a job consistent with your personality,abilities,skills,values,interests,academic training and life experiences.And then to collect the information about specific career options and narrow your potential choices to one or two jobs.Last not the least,your career development plan needs to be continuously adjusted with the changes of your company and the society.
