人岗匹配视角下的教师工作倦怠

摘    要:工作倦怠问题是教师专业发展的严重障碍。从人岗匹配的角度来看,过高的工作负荷、不良的人际环境、过低的工作回报和职务分析的不足是教师倦怠的主要原因,而创建和谐宽松的教育环境、规范科学的教师资格认证体系、积极稳妥地开展教师培训和建立合理的教师报酬体系则是干预和预防教师工作倦怠问题的有效措施。
